As part of your boat hire you are provided with full tuition on arrival, a fully equipped galley with everything you need to self cater and the majority of boats are kitted out with bed linen, towels and include car parking at the marina. You have a 24hr call out number just in case you need any assistance along the way and a detailed manual onboard should you forget some of the pointers included in the tuition!

City Spotlight: A Hen boating weekend to Bath

We have a selection of start locations that would enable you to cruise into the historic City of Bath over a short break. Bradford-upon-Avon is a pretty Cotswold town and ideal start location, it takes under 7 hours to cruise into the city, cruising over two small stone aqueducts. Once you have arrived in Bath, make the most of the area and enjoy some pampering at Bath Spa, before heading out for cocktails and other 'Hen related entertainment'!

Oxford city is easily accessed by canal or via the River Thames, ideal for those looking for a wide variety of shopping and dining opportunities. Other cities easily accessed by boat over a short break include Birmingham, Chester, Warwick and Worcester - all offering a selection of bars and restaurants.

Hen Parties on the Norfolk Broads

The Norfolk Broads comprises 125 miles of lock free waterways, offering flat landscapes in an area of outstanding beauty, with plenty of villages & towns to explore along the way. This location is ideal for a relaxed break afloat, with a selection of modern fibreglass motor cruisers to choose from. Particularly suited for those looking for a less conventional Hen weekend, although Norwich City is easily accessed by public transport from Hoveton/Wroxham for a night out and there are plenty of waterfront pubs and restaurants to visit along the way!
